Daughter of immigrants from Taiwan and Mexico, Deandra is the Interim Manager for Immigrant Services within the Office of Community Affairs at the County of San Mateo. She graduated from UCSF with a masters in Global Health Sciences and has a strong background in public health, equity, and community engagement practices. She is passionate about bringing systems closer to the community through authentic relationship building.
