The practice of gratitude has been scientifically proven to provide tremendous benefits. Join Thrive and the County of San Mateo Employee Wellness Team as we explore how to cultivate an "attitude of gratitude" in our virtual series: Thrive Wellness Wednesdays.
These sessions are held on the second Wednesday of every other month and incorporate practices like self-massage, mindful art, movement exercises meditation, and an exploration of ways that we can take care of ourselves for optimal health and well-being. If you are looking to include additional wellness practices and learn about ways to take care of yourself both within and outside of the workplace, we hope you and your team will join us!
This month will feature exercises to help us develop our gratitude muscles, and learn how to incorporate a little more appreciation into our daily lives.
