Strategic Planning Cohort Information Session 

Transform the Effectiveness of Your Small Nonprofit

Come to this virtual open house for Thrive's members to learn about our Strategic Planning Cohort. Ten organizations will be chosen for this free capacity-building opportunity to develop or update a strategic plan using Mission Met's model. This program is for nonprofit leadership teams of up to three people from small nonprofits (annual budget of $250,000 to $2M) that are dedicated to transforming effectiveness through strategic planning. There will be an application process, and the first session will be held on September 14.

About Thrive's Strategic Planning Cohort:

Nonprofit strategic planning -- despite its intended promises -- can be a pain. It can take too long, cost too much, be too complex, and not deliver the desired results. This is especially true for small nonprofit organizations.
