In anticipation of high heat days this summer, COAD organizations will be sharing community needs and strategies for heat risk reduction in the communities they serve. Organizations are encouraged to come and share resources and best practices with one another. Representatives from the County of San Mateo Department of Emergency Management will provide updates on their strategies for reducing risk to heat and improving community messaging in anticipation of high heat days.
