Join us for an informal hands on conversation about current San Mateo County district lines, population changes, and how to get involved in the redistricting process and why you should care. This event will be co-hosted with Jim Lawrence, Chair of San Mateo County’s Redistricting Commission. This will be a space for the community and our nonprofit partners to come together to learn and have an honest conversation about where we are in the process. We look forward to seeing you there!

Meet the Speaker
Jim Lawrence, Chair, San Mateo County’s Redistricting Commission
Jim Lawrence's background includes leadership roles at for profit & nonprofit organizations, most recently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Expertus Inc., a global provider of business execution software and services for the corporate learnings market, and President of the Board, FacesSF, a San Francisco based nonprofit providing childcare services for economically challenged families. A change agent by definition, he is active in his community, having served as Mayor and member of the city council, for the city of Foster City.
