Charting the Legal Lobbying Waters for Impactful Nonprofit Advocacy
The bottom line is: nonprofits can lobby! The question is: how to do it legally?
During this session, you'll gain a clearer grasp of how to navigate nonpartisan advocacy within legal lobbying restrictions. You'll also learn how to maintain records that will keep your organization's head above water to be in compliance with 501(c)(3) nonprofit lobbying.
This workshop is the fourth workshop in the Nonprofit Advocacy Series—brought to you by Thrive Alliance and Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits (SVCN), thanks to a grant from the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.
